Job Description The Project Coordinator supports the Director of Federal Civilian Programs by providing executive-level administrative and project coordination services. This on-site role is responsible for maintaining the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, and supporting the delivery of timely project updates. Given the nature of the role, this position requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity. This is a fully on-site role. Candidate will be expected to report daily to work location in Loveland, CO. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings. * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and logistics. * Track action items and deliverables across multiple projects; follow up on outstanding tasks. * Support the Program Director in the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and executive briefings. * Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure project updates and milestones are delivered in a timely manner. * Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Excel) to maintain status reports and monitor task progress. * Act as a liaison between the Program Director and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow. * Prepare correspondence, draft documents, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. * Handle and safeguard privileged information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. * Coordinate events including venue selection and booking, catering, and travel booking * Serve as a trusted partner to the Program Director, maintaining strict discretion in all communications and interactions. * Perform additional duties as required to support program operations and executive needs. Qualifications Required
* Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
