Position Director, Quality and Research Initiatives Division Healthcare Association of New York State Description The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) is seeking a Director within its Quality Advocacy, Research and Innovation (QARI) division. Reporting into the Vice President, Quality Advocacy, Research & Innovation; Post-Acute/Continuing Care, this position will be responsible for assisting in the formulation of HANYS' quality strategic plan and advocacy agenda through policy analysis, research, and interaction with HANYS' members. Providing relevant information, education/collaboratives, professional programming, and other member tools and resources. Periodic travel to our headquarters in Rensselaer, New York, will be required, but a remote working environment may be considered within New York State or a neighboring state The expected salary range is between $92,000 and $98,000 annually. Payrate offered will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities and in consideration of internal equity.
