Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, plus overtime as needed

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and maintain workflow efficiency by observing processes, addressing issues, and fostering interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Analyze and improve systems, procedures, and practices to enhance productivity and control.
  • Lead team performance through clear communication, coaching, training, and enforcing standards and policies.
  • Oversee production scheduling and task assignments to meet goals and ensure balanced workloads.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and evaluate new technologies.
  • Compile and analyze production data, provide performance insights, and respond to information requests.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment while maintaining strong associate relations and resolving personnel issues.




Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of related experience, management experience, auto manufacturing experience a plus.
