This Position reports to: Strategy Manager RegionIn this role, you are responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, driving HR initiatives, and managing the full employee lifecycle. This role will oversee country-specific HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, employee engagement, and alignment with global HR policies. This HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational human resources support to business leaders and employees in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and to a degree in Mexico.
