Sr Analyst, Analytics & Reporting

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading development of Tableau reports which are utilized as a key source for evaluating program performance and informing care model decisions. You will utilize your technical expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to understand business needs and translate these into technical requirements to develop efficient reporting solutions.

The Sr Analyst, Tableau Development, will work with teammates across various teams ranging from peers, to clinicians and field operators, to executive leaders. The environment is highly collaborative and team oriented with a focus on both professional and personal growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The analyst must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with both peers and executives across departments. • Tableau Development

  • Create and maintain reports that play a key role in evaluating performance and informing care model decisions

  • Understand business needs/challenges and translate them into technical solutions for Tableau reports

  • Utilize SQL and relational database experience to develop and publish Tableau data sources used across multiple reports

  • Maintain and support development process standards, procedures, and SLAs

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and report requirements

• Communication

  • Create and maintain report documentation

  • Present and communicate reports to various stakeholders including executive leadership and clinical teammates

  • Succinctly and clearly convey findings from reports and analyses

• As-needed Analytical Support

  • Use SQL, Tableau Desktop, and Excel to support ad-hoc analytic requests

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, required (or equivalent relevant developer experience)

• Minimum two years of experience with BI tools required, Tableau preferred

• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing custom SQL queries, required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience working within SDLC framework, preferred

• Healthcare data experience, preferred
