The Home Medical Equipment Tech triages rental home respiratory equipment and performs required repairs, calibration, and recertification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Lincare guidelines.
Job Responsibilities: * Repairs and recertifies of home Ventilator, Concentrators, and other Respiratory equipment per manufacturer guidelines * Executes testing procedures utilizing proprietary test equipment, ensures compliance to codes/manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoots, and sterilizes equipment for patient use. * Performs preventive maintenance and manufacturer required function testing * Triages returned devices and determines proper disposition * Maintains a safe and organized production/test area * Documents and maintains records all for all repair and function test of equipment | |
