Temporary Nurse Phlebotomist (Part-Time, as-needed)

Minimum:
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or certified Phlebotomist with documented training in venipuncture and specimen handling.

Preferred:
At least one year of phlebotomy experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, CPR certification preferred. Experience working in community or academic research settings is a plus.

To support a CMS-funded public health study by collecting blood specimens, recording participant data, and assisting with study operations on an as-needed basis. Ensures biospecimen integrity and participant safety during all phases of the study protocol.

The Department of Built Environment conducts interdisciplinary research and community-based health assessments to address environmental and public health disparities, supporting projects funded by agencies such as CMS and NIH.
