TRIA is looking to hire RN to join our orthopedic team! Position Summary: Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet Health Services policy. Accountability for the quality of care delivered, recognizing the limits of knowledge and experience; addressing situations beyond the nurse's competency; and performing to the level of education, knowledge, and skill ordinarily expected of an individual who has completed an approved professional nursing education program. Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Promotes a safe and therapeutic environment of care and advocates for the best interests of individual patients. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service. This will be RN total joint educator based out of SLP 3931 building. Hybrid 0.8FTE role. M-F 8-5. First 6 months on site. Working with a team of 2-3 other RN's. Primary job duties include preoperative patient education including management of our virtual total joint platform and post op calls. Must also be willing to cross cover to triage.
