Summary
We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our team. You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic and national accounts. As a strategic accounts manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships building relationships with decision makers to ensure long-term success.
- Network within national accounts to secure all business opportunities.
- Ensure internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Conduct regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts performance.
- Take a proactive approach to account management by maintaining an active target and prospect list of target accounts.
- Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers with the customer.
- Work and coordinate with other company departments in a tiered selling approach as deemed necessary.
- Provide necessary technical support and reporting.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts.

Education and/or Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration with a marketing related major and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing national accounts/strategic partnerships. Additional experience with working with GPO's and Government accounts is also beneficial.

- Develop and maintain pipeline of national and strategic account targets
- Manage and facilitate the execution of all GPO contracts.
- Follow up on leads, and identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive incremental sales and revenue growth through new account acquisition
- Develop and maintain strong relations with key decision makers.
- Coordinate and attend necessary tradeshow, meetings and related promotional events
- Assist in the development of new integrated marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and enhance GameTime's market position.
