UX Designer

Digital Experience Optimization Team

This is a 1-year, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Charlotte, NC.


Summary

We're seeking a UX Designer to support an initiative aimed at improving the specialist experience within a large-scale customer relationship management (CRM) system. The platform has evolved through numerous enhancements, leading to a fragmented and complex interface. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, enhancing usability, and reducing training friction for customer support staff, contributing to operational efficiency and overall employee satisfaction.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of experience in user experience (UX) or product design
  • Passion for human-centered design with a strong foundation in interaction and workflow optimization
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Familiar with CRM platforms, particularly SAP C4C or similar systems
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and end users
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to organizational needs and stakeholder feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in customer support or call center environments is a plus


Job Description

In this role, you will lead UX efforts to redesign and improve the user experience within a CRM system used by call center specialists.

You'll partner with optimization teams and front-line staff to identify challenges, optimize workflows, and reduce complexity. This includes conducting research, designing user-centered solutions, prototyping interfaces, and iterating based on feedback.

You will also support the development and rollout of documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows, contributing to the team's long-term success.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, design, or a related field-or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Background in UX, product design, or digital experience
  • Experience in customer service environments and knowledge of regulatory compliance considerations is a plus


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45.66- $51.37 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
