About the Opportunity

This position is central to WeWork's global Learning and Development team. The Senior Lead, Global Learning & Culture, is responsible for the full lifecycle of global learning programs, from conception and content creation to delivery and evaluation. This includes owning the end-to-end management of multiple programs, developing engaging training content, and facilitating effective learning experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and enhance global learning initiatives, create impactful training materials, and deliver engaging virtual training sessions to a diverse, worldwide team. Your expertise in program management and content development will directly shape the future of learning and development at WeWork.

This position is based in New York, and candidates should be prepared to adjust their work hours as needed to support global training sessions.

Program Management Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end management of global learning programs, from planning and development to implementation and evaluation.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, communications and budgets.

  • Liaise with the global Learning and Development Organization to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Monitor program effectiveness and report on key metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Manage program registration and logistics within the Learning Management Software (LMS).

Content Creation Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging training content for virtual and in-person delivery.

  • Create learning materials such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

  • Maintain and update existing training materials based on feedback and evolving needs.

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate virtual instructor-led training programs, employee focus groups, and discussion circles.

  • Provide technical support for training sessions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience for all participants.

  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training delivery.

About You
  • 4+ years of experience in program management within a global learning and development environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation for training programs.

  • 2+ years of experience in leading and facilitating training sessions.

  • 1+ years of experience operating on a corporate LMS platform.

  • Exceptional proficiency with Google Apps (or equivalent).

  • Fluent English.

  • Curious and eager to learn and adapt to evolving learning needs.

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • An excellent communicator with strong presentational, public speaking, and facilitation skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Able to work independently and proactively seek guidance when needed.

  • Passionate about designing and delivering effective learning experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay:$82,500 to $100,000

Incentive Compensation:WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
