Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Description The Human Capital Generalist is responsible for supporting employees in assigned business units, including Program Leadership with their employment or employee related needs. This includes, but is not limited to: Employee Relations, Compensation, Training, Leaves, Workers Compensation, Unemployment and Retention strategies. This is a hybrid opportunity and requires regular onsite office hours as well as periodic travel to programs throughout Wisconsin and/or Upper Michigan to assist with employee relations concerns. Remote and hybrid employees must reside in Wisconsin for employment purposes. Compensation commensurate with experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.
