Sales Operations Coordinator - 1+ years experience Operations Team This is a 3-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in New York, NY. Summary This role supports the Operations team by ensuring seamless coordination between sales and production functions. The Sales Operations Coordinator helps maintain and improve performance across 3rd party (3P) seller platforms and day-to-day operational processes. Our Ideal Candidate 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related support function Passion for operations and logistics with a strong foundation in project coordination and administrative support Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), with strong organizational and data management skills Familiar with 3P e-commerce platforms, compliance procedures, and order processing workflows Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales and Production Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to shifting project timelines and stakeholder needs Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow in the role Job Description In this role, you will support operational efficiency by managing EDI/PO data entry, shipment coordination, and platform maintenance. You'll partner with internal teams to ensure timely communication, reporting, and fulfillment tracking. This includes: Pulling and sending EDI/POs to Production and Sales Entering POs and managing shipment coordination Creating style codes and UPC assignments Handling routing guides, BOLs, and label requirements Creating and maintaining business trackers and reports Setting up new accounts and managing product creation on 3P platforms Supporting store maintenance, case escalation, and resolution Completing ad hoc tasks and special projects You will also run weekly and on-request reporting, supporting the department's overall success. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred Background in sales support, logistics, or order processing environments Additional Requirements Please include your resume with your application. This opportunity is located in New York, NY and requires on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
