Conformal Coating Technician

Staffmark has partnered with a rapidly growing industry leader in electronics manufacturing, and we're hiring a Conformal Coating Technician to join their high-performance production team. Pay Rate: $16 - $18/hr (Depending on Experience)

1st Shift | Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct pre-coating prep: testing, masking, applying, inspecting, and touch-up of conformal coatings
• Operate and program automated conformal coating equipment (Specialty Coating Systems)
• Troubleshoot and improve coating processes for quality and efficiency
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration into sheet-metal chassis
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams
• Maintain high standards in workmanship, safety, and cleanliness

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in conformal coating or electro-mechanical assembly
• A sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to doing things right
• Willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed
