The Credentialing & Medical Records Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the credentialing, privileging, medical records, compliance, accreditation and safety & emergency preparedness functions within the Holistic Health Operations division, which includes clinical departments, Student Health Services (SHS), Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Student Intervention and Follow-up Team (SWIFT), Athletics, and outside partnerships such as School of Medicine. This position ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and policy adherence of clinical documentation, credentialing, and privileging processes while leading safety & emergency response readiness for the departments. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between healthcare staff, UC Office of the President (UCOP), Human Resources (HR), and Credentialing Verification Organizations (CVOs), facilitating efficient, accurate, and policy-aligned operations.

The salary range for the Credentialing and Medical Records Compliance Coordinator is $66,500.00 - $118,300.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $75,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
