Job Title: Loan Operations Administrator Location: West Sahara What you'll do: As a Loan Operations Administrator you'll be responsible for performing daily, weekly or monthly account reconciliation and certifications for various types of accounts. You'll work to reconcile various types of loan fees and good faith deposits. You will assist with the Collateral Perfection team and their duties including UCC filings, monitoring collateral records on our core systems and review collateral insurance. Performs daily and monthly reconciliations and certifications for various types of accounts (general ledger, bancontrol) related to loan activity Performs daily reconciliations of loan operation fee tracking for various types of reimbursable or income-based fees Performs daily review of good faith deposits for accuracy and aging requirements Assists with backup functionality for our Collateral Perfection team duties, to include perfecting most loan collateral, continuing UCC filings, monitoring collateral records and collateral insurance. What you'll need: 1+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field. High school diploma required. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Knowledge of one or more loan types. Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills. Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $31.94 - $39.45 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
