Position Summary: The role of a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, is to provide our customers with outstanding sales experience from start to finish. A CSR is a professional who handles customer inquiries, provides product or service information, and resolves customer issues. They act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all communications with customers represent the company's culture, values and practices
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers
- Provide excellent customer service to all customer accounts
- Ability to ascertain when to pass on a customer's questions to appropriate sales staff for additional product and sales information.
- Promptly answer phones/emails, enter orders, quote pricing, provide product information, etc.
- Make outbound phone calls to customers concerning orders, resolving issues, and building relationships.
- Assist Inside Sales Representative with sales opportunities and business growth (offering new/old products, show room resets, potential new accounts, research, etc)
- Develop product knowledge
- Ability to use company computer systems
- Utilize IT to obtain information that will help grow new and existing business
- Other tasks, as assigned

- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers, customers, and vendors
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all personnel, customers, and vendors
- Effectively utilize all capabilities of Trend system
- CSRs may work via phone, email, or chat.
- Ability to stay organized, follow up, and track results
- Thrive in a fast-paced hands on environment
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to self -manage, show initiative and be comfortable meeting the public
- Be a team player, demonstrate attention to detail and have good organizational skills.
- Bilingual a plus
- Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 80%
- Must be able to operate basic office machinery
- Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Constantly working in office environment
