Sentara Urgent Care Centerbrooke, Harbourview, St. Lukes and Elizabeth City are now hiring a Full-Time Practice Manager III for multi-clinic setting!

Standard working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and as needed for evening and weekends.

Centerbrooke - 1001 Centerbrooke Ln, Suffolk, Va

Harbour View - 7394 Harbour Towne Pkwy, Suffolk, Va

St. Lukes - 20209 Sentara Way, Carrolton, Va

Elizabeth City - 3815 Conlon Way, Elizabeth City, NC

Overview

The Practice Manager III partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 25 or more staff members and/or complexity operations score 3 for hospital or office based specialties. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 7 years Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree

Experience

  • Supervisory- 3 years REQUIRED
  • Healthcare- 3 years REQUIRED
  • Multi-practice and practice management experience preferred
