Schedule: Must be available to work any shift and weekend as needed

Pay: $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilize SAP and other computer systems to generate and maintain shipping paperwork and tickets.
  • Serve as the main logistics contact, answering phones and assisting carriers to ensure needs are met.
  • Greet and verify driver information, including pickup numbers and destinations, to ensure accurate shipments.
  • Ensure adherence to the dock schedule and prevent shipping errors that could lead to expedites.
  • Maintain safety protocols, including use of wheel chocks, dock locks, and securing drivers' keys.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and plan paperwork for the next day's shipments.
  • Assist with locating glass, loading trucks accurately, preparing miscellaneous shippers, and training team members on shipping procedures.
  • Mostly office environment with some time on the floor loading and unloading.




Qualified candidates will have some shipping and receiving experience.
