Quality Manager: This position is tasked with the planning, coordination, and implementation of business activities to ensure quality in production and distribution and meet our ISO requirements and standards. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years quality assurance. Experience with ISO 9001 Responsibilities: Maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. Reviews data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures. Prepares for annual ISO9001 audits. Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes. Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes. Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team Ensures all equipment, materials, and services are reliable to meet the required standards of performance efficiency. Maintains knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards. Designs and implements quality assurance training programs and education to key personnel in conjunction with managers, including internal audits. Oversees the investigative and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues. Manages damaged and missing items procedure including creating es and interfacing with customer technical support personnel. Why Should You Apply?
