Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team:

This is a hybrid position. Three days on-site in our Raleigh office. Two days work from home.

Job Description

  • Ideate, Develop and maintain custom Workday extend applications
  • Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points.
  • Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.
  • Server as a Workday extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related existing Workday extend applications
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday extend solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday development, with at least 2+ years of hands - on experience in Workday Extend.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing custom solutions for Workday in HR areas
  • In - depth knowledge of Workday Extend development tools. Strong knowledge of workday Extend , Orchestrations, Workday Studio, BIRT, APIs and Web services.
  • Familiarity with Workday's architecture, data model, and security framework.
  • AI software experience is preferred
