Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team: This is a hybrid position. Three days on-site in our Raleigh office. Two days work from home. Job Description Ideate, Develop and maintain custom Workday extend applications Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points. Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows. Server as a Workday extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts. Investigate and resolve technical issues related existing Workday extend applications Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday extend solutions Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in technology. 3+ years of experience in Workday development, with at least 2+ years of hands - on experience in Workday Extend. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing custom solutions for Workday in HR areas In - depth knowledge of Workday Extend development tools. Strong knowledge of workday Extend , Orchestrations, Workday Studio, BIRT, APIs and Web services. Familiarity with Workday's architecture, data model, and security framework.
