Job Description

This position involves the documentation and management of small to large scale games being developed for education, health, marketing, or any other purpose as well as the coordination of any outreach or User/Classroom/Teacher testing necessary.

Job Duties:
* Stay knowledgeable on current and upcoming content via playtesting, meetings, documentation, etc.
* Attend, track, and collaborate on grant writing meetings and incorporate it into future project planning.
* Document Game objectives, requirements, and features for developers and artists
* Enter tasks into Project Management Software such as Hansoft, and update them as needed
* Schedule game testing, recruit necessary participants, and communicate to participants through the installation and gameplay process. Troubleshoot any problems that arise
* Analyze progress to identify any issues with reaching upcoming milestones
* Attend classroom testing for observation and technical assistance
* Track and Collect project deliverables such as screenshots, trailers, demos, builds, etc.
* Communicate studio goals and achievements to various stakeholders both online and in person
* Manage social media presence for the studio and coordinate any intern efforts
* Work with the project coordinator on budgets to estimate remaining funds per project
* Work with the project coordinator on contract needs per project
* Other duties as assigned

Shift

Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $53,500 to $80,940 yearly

Grade: GGS-010
