ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Medical Operations Support Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Medical Operations Support Analyst, you will support, develop and implement strategic plans for operational medical support, partnership development, medical logistics support, and training of subordinate units within SOCNORTH's area of operations.. WHO YOU ARE



  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Special Operations units or Special Operations staffs conducting military operational planning in support of real-world operations, exercises, and investments with direct experience in Medical Operations Support


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Support, develop and implement strategic plans for operational medical support, partnership development, medical logistics support, and training of subordinate units within SOCNORTH's area of operations.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to establish goals, objectives, and priorities for enhancing medical readiness, logistics capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other military branches, government agencies, non-government agencies, and international partners to enhance medical capabilities, logistics support, and interoperability in support of SOCNORTH missions and subordinate units.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships to leverage resources and expertise in medical and logistics support operations.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on medical logistics operations within the SOCNORTH AOR, ensuring timely and efficient procurement, distribution, and maintenance of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain management entities to optimize medical logistics support within SOCNORTH and subordinate units.
  • Provide oversight of medical operations planning and execution within SOCNORTH and subordinate units, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and standards.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of medical support operations, logistics, training, and partnership initiatives.
