This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Instructional Designer to join the Dematic Commercial Enablement team. In this role, you will play a key role in scaling our global sales enablement efforts to drive seller performance, shorten ramp time, and elevate customer engagement.
You'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales enablement leads, and regional partners to craft, develop, and continuously improve high-impact learning experiences for our global sales organization. From onboarding to ongoing training and skill reinforcement, you'll build engaging content that empowers our sellers to thrive in a sophisticated B2B environment.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $96,800 - 145,200 USD Annual at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Craft and develop engaging, role-based learning content for global sales teams (e.g., eLearning modules, guided exercises, micro-learning, manager toolkits, reinforcement assets)
  • Apply agile instructional design methods - prototype quickly, test early, and iterate based on learner and team member feedback
  • Partner with our Sales Enablement Program Manager to translate onboarding strategy and methodology adoption goals into practical, learner-centric experiences
  • Partner with SMEs, sales leadership, and product marketing to translate sophisticated concepts into digestible, engaging content
  • Develop scalable templates and reusable content frameworks for global reuse
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, product marketing, sales operations, and global L&D to ensure content relevance and consistency
  • Leverage data and field feedback to improve content over time
  • Support the implementation of a future enablement platform with structured, tagged content that's searchable and intuitive
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design standard methodologies to develop content in various formats: eLearning, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, workbooks, etc.
  • Run and maintain learning content in the LMS (e.g., organization, tracking, archiving)
  • Develop content that supports blended learning journeys and reinforcement (micro-learning, practice scenarios, assessments)
  • Help evolve content production workflows and documentation processes for greater team efficiency
  • Evaluate program efficiency using feedback, assessments, and sales performance data

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of instructional design experience, ideally in a B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and developing a variety of learning solutions, including eLearning modules, videos, instructor-led training, mentor guides, and job aids
  • Experience with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or LMS platforms., as well as SharePoint and enablement platforms such as Seismic and Highspot
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, agile/iterative instructional design models (SAM, LLAMA, Design Thinking), and learning measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate sophisticated information to diverse audiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative, self-starter mentality with a bias for action.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, MEDDICC)
  • Experience enabling global, cross-functional audiences
  • Background in sales, marketing, or enablement a plus
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation solutions a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
