In support of Moog's sustainability objectives, we are delighted to announce a new Supply Chain Sustainability Manager opportunity in our Central Supply Chain organization! This position reports to the Central Supply Chain Policy & Sustainability Director, enjoying a collaborative work environment with a hybrid work structure based out of our East Aurora, NY campus.

As our Supply Chain Sustainability Manager, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

• Management of enterprise supply chain sustainability programs and projects, track progress and delivery of expected benefits

• Act as liaison between Corporate Sustainability, Central Supply Chain and Operating Group Supply Chain teams

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Excellence team to incorporate sustainability requirements into standard supply chain processes

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support supply chain sustainability projects and initiatives

• Focal point for supply chain sustainability reporting to show compliance and improvements

• Define standard metrics/KPIs to measure the success of supply chain sustainability projects, providing a framework for ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify supply chain sustainability risks. Provide support and governance for risk mitigation plans

• Own third party supplier engagement programs utilizing sustainability applications to verify the use of ethical and sustainable practices from supplier partners

• Delivery of internal training on supply chain sustainability, including how to recognize and raise environmental and other sustainability issues

To be considered for this Supply Chain Sustainability Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or sustainability required; Master's degree or equivalent professional certification in business, supply chain or sustainability preferred

• 7+ years of prior experience in a similar supply chain sustainability role

• Knowledge of sustainability and legislative requirements and best practices

• Proven capability in working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment

• Demonstrated capability and experience managing projects/programs across multiple business teams

• Experience collecting, maintaining and analyzing data

• Excellent communication skills in the form of written, verbal and formal presentation

• Must be able to travel to Moog sites, industry events and vendors when required

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
