Summary of the Job:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting DFS' financial products and services to existing/new customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails and digital communication.

About This Role:

Enhance relationships with existing/previous DFS customers.
Perform outbound prospecting via calls, emails and texting to generate new business opportunities.
Present and promote DFS financial products to potential customers Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
closely with Regional Sales Managers and Credit Managers on potential leads.

Provide feedback on customer trends, objections and market conditions in territories.

Understands and adheres to all company policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of AG industry and trends.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager with sales acumen.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with required software and systems associated with Customer Relationship Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities of enhancing customer relationship through listening and understanding customer needs.

Desired:

  • Some travel may be necessary.
