The Managed Services Delivery Director will serve as a trusted advisor, operational strategist, and key liaison across business units to drive alignment, efficiency, and accountability across the Managed Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services or IT service delivery, coupled with proven experience in executive-level support, cross-functional program management, and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in enabling scalable operations, supporting transformational initiatives, and ensuring the executive team's focus remains on top business priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Drive the development and execution of key strategic initiatives across the Managed Services business, aligning with corporate goals and operational excellence
  • Executive Support:
  • Partner with the VP of Managed Services to manage priorities, prepare for key meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up and execution of action items
  • Business Operations & Governance:
  • Oversee and improve operational rhythms (QBRs, MBRs, executive reviews), ensure data-driven decision-making, and coordinate performance tracking and reporting
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between US-based leadership, customer stakeholders, service account managers, and offshore teams, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business needs and customer satisfaction
  • Communications & Stakeholder Management:
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations, briefings, and communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Oversight:
  • Lead or coordinate special projects, including M&A integration, service expansion, operational improvement, and change management initiatives
  • Team Leadership & Culture:
  • Support organizational development and cultural initiatives to foster team engagement, performance, and leadership alignment
  • Budget and Cost Management:
  • Assist the VP in approval and tracking of Resources and overall P&L management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • 8-12+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior operations or Managed Services Delivery Director role
  • Deep understanding of Managed Services, IT service delivery, or consulting environments
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive results
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms
  • Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience working in a high-growth or transformational environment
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and lead through influence
  • Strong financial accumen and understanding of operational KPIs
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion handling confidential matters

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
