Job Description The Senior Product Engineer (Microsoft 365) applies deep expertise across key business functions to deliver product features by aligning Microsoft 365 capabilities with client business processes. The role is responsible for creating technical and process designs, as well as configuring vendor software, to support new or existing complex enterprise-wide and business unit applications and maintenance initiatives. The Senior Product Engineer is also aware of vendor feature roadmaps and understands how to navigate support processes and developer groups to gain insight and influence future direction.This position is offered to an experienced Microsoft 365 engineer, with an emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite, who is eager to help drive and support Allstate's complex Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will possess the following: good attitude, clear communication skills (both verbal and written), be a team player, a self-starter who is able to work independently, capable of multi-tasking, managing multiple complex tracks of work, deliver on commitments and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
