*Description*
- Manage the continuous development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday through regular audits and maintenance activities. - Develop and generate meaningful reports and analytics to support business decision-making. - Provide vision and oversight to departmental operations and initiatives related to Workday. - Evaluate current system configuration and respond to requests or inquiries on system capabilities. - Identify areas of improvement. Recommend, develop, and configure system solutions. Test new functionality and ensure successful implementation of new and - improved solutions. - Coordinate and participate in system upgrades and system testing to ensure functionality and security are working as expected/designed. Create detailed test plans, define various scenarios and execute test plans. Coordinates user acceptance testing and other testing with appropriate groups. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues. - Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements. Implement best practices accordingly. - Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* workday certifications are a plus Experience implementing and/or optimizing the use of Workday Adaptive Planning, including collaborating and coordinating best practices with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
