Description Duties include - * Must have some knowledge of the access control division - and security - CCTV - Fire alarms * You will be contacting General Contractors - Construction Managers - Architects and searching projects for bid through our bid sources and discussing the implementation of systems to fit their projects. * Must be able to read blueprints and decipher plans on as- built and design build projects. Create a take off of quantities. Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value processes so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with our sales people, providing support to prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way Maintain and support our Sales People and Sales Assistants providing estimates with fast turn around times. Assist in other general office tasks including but not limited to, product availability checks, product price changes, returns/exchange approvals, and vendor relations. Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Technologically proficient and able to learn new products and programs with ease Driven to succeed and prefers a position that includes responsibilities and supervision. Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills 1 year minimum outbound business to business phone and email prospecting experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
