Are you a strategic leader within procurement and supply chain, ready to shape a global material management organization? Do you thrive on leading diverse teams, creating supplier excellence, and driving end-to-end supply performance? Danfoss Power Solutions - Controls Division is looking for a Director of Material Management to lead our EMS and Electrical Parts sourcing while driving cross-business supply chain excellence across our global Connect & Control Solutions (CCS) business. In this key leadership role, you will head a team of Category Managers, Strategic Buyers, and global Supply Chain professionals and report directly to the Head of Procurement for Danfoss Power Solutions. You will be instrumental in building strong global supplier partnerships, aligning supply capabilities with demand, and ensuring strategies support both operational execution and long-term innovation.
