This direct hire opportunity is perfect for someone with a solid manufacturing background who's eager to grow in a high-tech, hands-on role.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Operate looms and production machinery to manufacture high-performance carbon fiber fabrics
  • Follow production guidelines to ensure quality, consistency, and minimal material waste
  • Identify and prepare materials for upcoming runs
  • Report any mechanical or production issues to the Team Lead or Technicians
  • Assist teammates in production duties and contribute to an efficient, team-oriented workflow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards



What You Bring:



  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (textile experience a plus)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow technical instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced production setting
