Job Title: Growth Marketing Analyst

Compensation: The base pay of the budgeted range is $72,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

FUNCTION:

  • Working with the Director, Marketing Insights & Analytics, the Growth Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights and performance optimization. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities across digital and traditional channels, analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness, and supporting strategic initiatives that increase product adoption and improve the customer experience.
  • This role is responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, developing dashboards, and providing insights to inform future strategies. They will optimize digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with the creative team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize growth strategies across all channels and media, including web, email, online/mobile banking, search, social, in-branch and referral programs.
  • Provide recommendations to improve conversion rates across key touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital and business teams to inform A/B tests, personalization strategies, and channel segmentation.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns or initiatives using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify trends and insights to inform future marketing strategies and provide regular reports on marketing performance.

Media Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and creatives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with campaign goals.

Data Management and Analysis

  • Assist in the creation of customer segmentation and predictive modeling to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze member behavior in support of lifecycle marketing, evaluating onboarding, cross-sell, and retention initiatives.
  • Improve member and conversion tracking across website and core business platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.

Customer and Brand Feedback

  • Support the collection and analysis of customer feedback via Qualtrics to improve marketing strategies and member experience.
  • Provide business teams with timely and actionable member feedback reporting and support.
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy of knowledge bases to power website search, chat bot, customer education resources. Adjust data based on customer or internal feedback.

Collaboration

  • Actively participate in cross-functional and Marketing projects, as assigned.
  • Work with Risk in support of the vendor approval process for Marketing.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and visualization platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certifications in Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, LTV, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
  • SQL experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience with Qualtrics (or other CX platform) is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with regular on-site days at the Littleton Headquarters. This work environment is subject to change based on business needs.
