As an experienced product leader, you'll have a strong understanding on how to effectively manage products as well as drive product development activities. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who can be both an effective product manager who knows how to lifecycle manage products and product owner who can guide product development activities through the organization. You'll have a driven personality and a can-do attitude with a focus on priorities to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our product strategy for new lit buildings and related products
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy and work with cross-functional team leaders
  • Execute product strategies and policies while guiding product management practices and standards
  • Set standard pricing, packaging and programs for products
  • Create product tools and training for sales enablement
  • Manage product tools such as on-net building lists in the various systems, including Connectbase
  • Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and make product decisions based on data
  • Collaborate with product operations, engineering, technology, service delivery, marketing and others to implement product strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Lead product owner team priorities for agile and scrum methodologies
  • Drive end-to-end programs from documenting requirements, building business cases, leading development teams, and go-to-market activities such as training and enhanced tools
  • Direct continuous product discovery, market research, and competitor research to keep up-to-date on product trends and offerings
  • Develop and launch new products and features
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within project process
  • Communicate project scope, open items, and issues / risks to the leadership team
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus
  • 8+ years managing strategic product lines for a telecommunications company.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent project management skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenge
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, with a strategic mindset
  • Occasional travel required

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $76,244 - $138,686.00
