POSITION DUTIES:
1. Preclinical/clinical/didactic teaching
2. Competency assessment of pre- and post-doctoral students
3. Provision and monitoring of patient care
4. Participation in scholarly activities
5. Be actively involved in School of Dentistry meetings, committees, continuing education and outreach.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD or foreign equivalent.
  • Minnesota Dental License, or eligible for Minnesota dental license by start of position. A faculty license may be requested in partnership with the School of Dentistry until the candidate is able to obtain a personal Minnesota dental license.
  • Completion of a CODA approved advanced education program in Prosthodontics prior to the start date of employment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters of Science degree or an advanced degree or fellowship;
  • Experience teaching in a dental capacity;
  • Private practice experience in prosthodontics;
  • Experience with digital dentistry;
  • Educationally qualified for certification by the American Board of Prosthodontics.

Pay Range: $132,091; depending on education/qualifications/experience
