How you will make history here... Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Asset Strategy, the Cooker, Hydrostatic Sterilizer and related Thermal Processes Technical Manager is responsible for implementing and driving standardization of reliability best practices for cookers, sterilizers, and ancillary equipment across the network. This position will be responsible for developing short- and long-term asset strategies, driving improvement in specific equipment reliability throughout the life of the assets, developing local expertise/capability, and implementing maintenance and operational standards, inclusive of spare parts inventory requirements. Additionally, this role will help to develop and support periodic system inspections, build a planned downtime forecast, manage communications, develop local optimization programs, and establish capital plans for each applicable site. What you will do... * Serve as the technical owner for cookers, sterilizers and thermal process equipment throughout the network. Who you will work with... You will work with the plants (plant manager, maintenance, engineering) who utilize cookers, sterilizers and thermal process equipment and OEM partners. What you bring to the table (must have) ... * Bachelor's degree * 6 years' experience in manufacturing environment, including experience with field service tech support. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering * In-depth knowledge of cookers and sterilizers * Experience developing and implementing training programs Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $112,800-$162,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
