*Overview: *
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes coordination. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps, helping them with everything from placing and tracking orders to resolving product-related questions. You'll start in an order processing capacity, focusing on data entry and learning the ins and outs of systems and product lines. Over time, you'll grow into a more technical support role, handling custom orders and working closely with departments to get customers exactly what they need. *Key Responsibilities:* * Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. * Provide support via phone and email * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or order issues. * Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. * Use tools like Outlook, Excel, and SAP to manage communications and order workflows. * Support restocking and quoting processes as needed. *Required Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of experience in customer service or order entry (call center) * Strong computer skills and the ability to type at least 45 WPM. * A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. * Analytical thinking and the ability to pick up technical product knowledge. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * High school diploma. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
