TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service/Collections Supervisor to work with a well-known credit reporting agency in the Louisville, KY area. If you have 3+ years of call center/customer service team lead or supervisor experience and are looking to continue your career at a great company - apply today! * Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hour * Shift: 8:30am-5:30pm (M-F) * Office is located in downtown Louisville, KY area * Do not have to pay for parking/has designated parking area Job Description: * Partner with 2 other Collections Supervisors to over see a team of 15-20 Collections Specialists * Help manage the day-to-day tasks of the team * Assist with interviewing and training new hires * Handle escalated phone calls as needed * Coach employees and provide feedback during 1-on-1 meetings Qualifications: * 3+ years of call center/customer service Team Lead or Supervisor experience * Banking/financial industry is preferred, but not required * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Problem-solving mindset * Ability to work in-office M-F Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
