Job Description
Project Management Manager
SUMMARY

The Manger of the Project Management group will be responsible for overseeing all project management activities, ensuring successful delivery of projects across the site. The Manager will work closely with group leaders, project managers, cross functional teams, and stakeholders to drive project execution, optimize, processes, and foster a collaborative and high performance work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of project managers
  • Oversee project execution, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Serve as the escalation point for project risks and client health reporting



QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field, Advanced Degree a plus.
  • GMP experience in a Life Sciences Environment
  • 7+ years of experience in project management (preferably in an analytical testing or laboratory environment).
  • 3+ years of mentorship or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • PMP Certification is a plus
