Security Professional - Industrial Patrol

As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team, demonstrating reliability, agility, and integrity in all interactions. This role is focused on supporting a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Arizona Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
