*Description*
-Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. -Takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature. -Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products. - Schedule and lead virtual meetings with clients answering questions and providing guidance on how to make changes to their WFN configuration. This includes changes tied to Benefit Plans, Employee Self Service, Payroll, Carrier Connections and ACA. - Troubleshoot Benefit, Carrier Connection and ACA concerns. Follow up with the client consistently until the issue/case is resolved. Assist with running necessary reports. -Coordinate and participate on calls with the client and their insurance broker/provider/carrier to clarify Benefit plan changes. Scheduling will be via Outlook. - Provide product/process support to clients as they are going through Open Enrollment and ACA filings via scheduled meetings, phone calls (inbound and outbound) and emails. *Qualifications* Plus: -Bilingual in Spanish -Bachelors Degree The ideal candidate will have: - Customer service experience within call center - Customer service within a similar industry: benefits, consulting, payroll etc. - Case management experience - Candidates that know different types of software packages, especially if it's a hobby. Think like, Adobe Creative Suite, Editing Software, coding platforms - etc...Ability to learn our software platform quickly and teach it back to clients. Very good at troubleshooting problems and coming up with and applying solutions to those problems. - Project management experience SOFT SKILLS: - Mulit-task well - Technical skills and troubleshoot for the client - Written and oral communication - Fast paced experience - Willing to learn - Must speak in detail - Ownership mindset - Efficient/Organized - Time management skills are very important - Must be a team player and comfortable interacting/problem solving with team - Stay focused on the task at hand and what they need to do - Big drive to be successful - Personality: drive, personal ownership, very good communication, professionalism, build relationships, responsiveness *Hours* Training: 5 weeks of training, 100% onsite for training. Working Hours: -Each location is Monday-Friday, with a (2 (15 minute) breaks each day and a 30 minute lunch) -TX site: is on Mountain time. 9am-5:30pm. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
