Job Overview

The Corporate Sales Coordinator manages and processes corporate gift card sales, serving as a key support to both clients and the internal Corporate Sales team. The coordinator collaborates closely with clients, store teams, Fraud Prevention, Legal, and Customer Experience Selling Support partners, while also working independently to ensure smooth operations.

What You Will Do



  • Collect incoming orders received via email, phone, mail, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Assist with daily order fulfillment, including pulling, recording, packing, and shipping client orders.
  • Process and activate orders at the point of sale/registers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate processing, activation, and shipment of orders.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from internal and external partners via phone and email.
  • Support the Senior Manager and Corporate Sales team with ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Execute all responsibilities efficiently, following direction from the Supervisor.
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.


Skills You Will Need

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to partner effectively with internal departments such as Fraud Prevention, Legal, Store Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless order execution.

Client Communication & Issue Resolution - Strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Attention to Detail & Accuracy - Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of transactional work with precision, ensuring correct data entry, documentation, and order fulfillment.

Problem Solving & Initiative - Skilled at identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing practical, independent solutions that support business continuity.

Organization & Time Management - Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with Excel proficiency (including Macros and Pivot Tables) preferred; comfortable learning and navigating order and POS systems.

Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills - Proven ability to build positive relationships, work collaboratively in a team setting, and support cross-functional efforts with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 2+ years of experience.
  • This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
