Position Overview

The Manufacturing Supply Services Manager will oversee the planning, storage, and control of materials, products, services, and related systems information from point of origin to point of delivery within our semiconductor company. This role encompasses a wide range of management responsibilities including crib management, warehousing, wafer storage and delivery, production supplies, and stocking of PPE in fabs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Crib Management: Manage inventory control, risk management, material handling, and off-site/third-party warehousing.
  • Wafer Storage and Delivery: Ensure efficient storage and timely delivery of wafers to meet production requirements.
  • Production Supplies: Oversee the stocking and availability of all production supplies.
  • PPE Stocking in Fabs: Ensure the appropriate stocking and management of PPE in fabrication areas.
  • Compliance and Budget Management: Develop and implement plans and procedures to maximize compliance with internal customer needs within budget constraints and strategic business goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
  • Cross-functional Interaction: Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Development personnel to optimize systems and procedures.
  • Team Management: Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory control, warehousing, and material handling.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and procedures.
The estimated base salary range for the position is $115,000- $172,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
