The Retail Concierge plays a critical role in delivering an elevated guest experience within a premier retail environment. This individual is responsible for providing exceptional service, showcasing professionalism and hospitality at all times, and executing guest-facing operations with care and efficiency.

The role involves direct interaction with guests, supporting services such as tourism directions and transportation expert while also serving as a local expert on the area's dining, shopping, and entertainment options. This position requires schedule flexibility, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Schedule: Part-time, 16 hours per week

Compensation: $26/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
  • Execute daily concierge operations including directions and transportation information.
  • Greet and assist guests promptly, answering questions and providing accurate information about the property and surrounding area.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance in alignment with property standards.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on nearby restaurants, events, attractions, and transportation options to make informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members and the Concierge Manager to ensure service consistency and a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest services area.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with discretion and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Support marketing and hospitality initiatives as needed, contributing to special events, seasonal promotions, and outreach efforts.
  • Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols, ensuring secure handling of guest belongings and property assets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to high service standards
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, entertainment, and tourism highlights
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 lbs (ex: assisting with supplies)
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Estimated total compensation for this position:

26.00 - 26.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
