Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the Global business manager and lead local PG finance teams to optimize the financial performance within the AMR Product Group. Support in effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

The work model for the role is: hybrid. US and Spain preferred locations.

This role is contributing to the AMR Global business. Main stakeholders are RARO Division CFO and AMR Global leader.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Collaborate with AMR business leaders (Factory, Project Execution, R&D, Sales & Marketing) to define strategy, translate it into actionable business plans, and oversee implementation and performance tracking.

  • Drive business planning and forecasting processes across AMR, ensure transparency in financial reporting, assess risk exposure, and develop mitigation strategies to support performance.

  • Define and implement global standards and business-specific guidelines to improve financial control, ensuring consistent controlling practices and alignment across functions.

  • Establish tools and processes for accurate, timely, and transparent financial data; maintain efficient communication with internal stakeholders to identify improvements in operations and reporting.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Strong background in Accounting and Financial Analysis, with proven experience in business planning, forecasting, and financial reporting within a global or regional context.

  • Solid understanding of Performance Management and Operational Excellence, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business plans and monitor execution effectively.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Risk Management and Internal Controls, including identifying financial risks, defining mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial governance standards.

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and financial systems, with the ability to ensure high-quality, transparent, and timely business information for decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

AMR (Autonomous mobile robots) is one of the Product Lines (PL) of Robotics Division, mainly resulting from 2 acquisitions: Asti and Sevensense. This PL is expected to grow significantly in the coming years due to cutting hedge technology it brings.
