Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

* Supports Company short and long-term on-going business goals by conducting strategic planning activities:

* Analyzes, negotiates, and verifies short-term and long-term program plans for the use of space and assets for potential new and modified facilities.

* Uses business plans and projections to forecast use, occupancy, building utilization, space allocation and sometimes budgetary estimates to manage real property assets and site cost (U&O) allocations. Coordinates with Space Management Focal.

* Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to present recommendations, proposals and solutions.

* Provides Facilities response for Planning Directives, Rate Studies and/or New Business Endeavors:

Facilities responses include, but not limited to the following:

* Capital and expense cost budgetary estimates, non-recurring and recuring costs dependent upon Program requirements.

* Develops facilities plans to implement and support customer and contract schedules and interfaces with company organizations, potentially government agencies, and suppliers to meet and optimize company business requirements along with supporting schedules, locations, and rearrangements.

* Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to present recommendations, proposals and solutions.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

* Help in reviewing and/or updating Business Policies and Procedures relative to Strategic planning activities as required or due.

* Review and Update Standard Factors used for planning and estimating purposes.

* Continually look for ways to improve our internal methods of estimating, collaborating and communicating.

* Support Global Footprint Strategy Team


Qualifications

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline

* 4 to 6 years' experience; or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Project Management Professional Certification (PMBOK)

* Experienced in Project Management

* Ability to identify scope of project

* Ability to develop plans

* Ability to establish priorities

* Ability to maintain schedules

* Ability to track costs

* Ability to establish a project budget

* Knowledge of city and state regulatory building requirements

* Ability to articulate clearly both verbally and in written word

* Competent in use of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
