Responsibilities Key accountabilities: * Develop, document, and coordinate implementation of policies, processes, practices, procedures, standards, and specifications for control of product configuration and project configuration information, and changes thereto, related to development, test, manufacture, and production of products, systems, and equipment. * Verify that product configuration, subcontract deliverables, and prime contract deliverables are in compliance with applicable requirements. * Manage configuration and release of engineering datasets, drawings and parts lists across multiple programs. * Review and coordinate with other disciplines, customers, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to monitor compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. * Apply knowledge of external standard development organizations (e.g. AS9100, SAE, ASME, DOD, etc.) and the company's internal governance structures, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Qualifications: * Great attitude and willingness to learn * 0-2 years of data entry experience * 0-2 years of data analysis experience * 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environment * Proficient with Microsoft office products Preferred experience: * Associates degree or higher * 1-3 years of releasing engineering data * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models * Experience with CATIA, Enovia, gPLM, PDM and SAP. * Auditing or working within an audit team to confirm compliance with documented procedures * Leadership experience / ability to effectively drive results from start to finish in a dynamic environment * Customer interface and cross-functional project management Spirit AeroSystems is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected factor under federal, state or local law.
