How You'll Contribute to the Team:

The Quality Control & Installation Training Manager supports the Vitacorps Program Manager in implementing the company's quality control program at the assigned client location, ensuring alignment with established quality control procedures and contract requirements. This role is further accountable for assisting with the development of training materials and presentations related to the safe installation of Wellness products, quality control, Vitacorps SOPs, EPA and OSHA guidelines. This role requires advanced proficiency in maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, and construction/repair and the ability to inspect completed work, identify deficiencies, analyze quality and compliance reports, document insurance incidents, and develop corrective action plans to improve quality operations and support continuous improvement. The position will provide extraordinary leadership, professionalism, organizational skills and customer service, to create an environment of teamwork and a culture of accountability.

Primary Responsibilities Include:



  • Lead the site-level day-to-day operations of the Quality Control Program for Vitacorps employees and vendors, including quality control planning, quality control inspections, quality assurance, and quality improvement.
  • Provide leadership and support to the installation team at the assigned location. Oversee day- to-day installation and preventative maintenance functions including customer service and standard safety and operational procedures.
  • Train Vitacorps team and vendors on the Company's Quality Control Program guidelines and EHS laws and regulations, insurance incident documentation, and contract compliance; educate on quality goals and standards, requirements necessary to meet these standards, and the procedures used to check that criteria are being met.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on proper installation and replacement of Wellness products, as well as, Vitacorps Lead Based Paint (LBP), Asbestos, and Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) programs, utilizing hands-on and classroom type curriculum.
  • Monitor and physically inspect Vitacorps installation and maintenance work prior to closing work orders. Ensure compliance with the Vitacorps Quality Control Program guidelines and ensure quality of completed tasks align with established quality control procedures and contract requirements.
  • Identify Vitacorps Quality Control Program priorities and gaps related to SOPs and work with stakeholders to define strategies for improving operational efficiencies, standardization, employee adherence and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the local primary Point of Contact (POC) for Vitacorps subcontractors, environmental awareness & site safety orientation training and tracking.
  • Organize installation team activities to ensure operations are highly productive, resources are appropriately allocated and coordinated, and business goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities and complete all quality inspection documentation in accordance with policy guidelines. Document quality control activities, analyze data, and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act swiftly in response to maintenance emergencies, coordinating with local teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead the recruitment and retention of a diverse team of professionals; create accountability and ownership among team members through communication of clear expectations, supervision, and provision of timely performance feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Role Specific Requirements Include:



  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 5+ years in residential property/facility management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven competency in multiple trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, construction/restoration and project management.
  • Working knowledge of quality control in construction/renovation, training, and regulatory compliance.
  • Detail and process-oriented with the ability to perform quality control inspections on completed installation work and repairs.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional team management capabilities with demonstrated ability to align resources internally and externally to support plan execution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to train, develop, inspire, and lead high-performing and high-impact teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and at all levels of the organization, including effective conflict resolution.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities while being attentive to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Entrata/Yardi).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • May be required to wear a dust mask.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
