Job Duties:
The Department of Neurology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a child neurologist with subspecialty training in Epilepsy, Stroke, Neuroimmunology, Movement Disorders, or general pediatric neurologists interested in joining our expanding Pediatric Neurology and Comprehensive Epilepsy Programs at UW Hospital and Clinics, American Family Children's Hospital and affiliated locations. The Section of Pediatric Neurology has recruited six pediatric epileptologists and six pediatric neurologists with subspecialty training in neuromuscular diseases, sleep, headache, and neonatal neurology and plans to expand further. This position includes opportunities for teaching and research.
Teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Department:School of Medicine and Public Health/Department of Neurology The Department of Neurology has over 60 faculty and 25 advanced practice providers located at 20 S. Park/Meriter Hospital, University of Wisconsin Hospitals and UW Health Clinics. This is a diverse group of generalists and specialists that provides primary, secondary, and tertiary inpatient and outpatient care. The starting salary for the position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
