HR Coordinator


Montgomery, OH | Onsite



RelaDyne is the industry leader in lubricant sales, distribution, and equipment reliability services-and we're growing fast! We're seeking an HR Coordinator to play a key role in welcoming and integrating new associates during company acquisitions.



In this role, you'll combine hands-on HRIS work with high-touch onboarding support, ensuring a smooth, engaging start for our newest team members. You'll be the link between our integration team, field HR, and employee, helping them feel informed, supported, and ready to succeed.



What You'll Do



  • Manage onboarding for acquisition-related new hires
  • Ensure HRIS accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
  • Deliver engaging in-person & virtual orientations
  • Partner with HR teams to enhance onboarding and engagement


What You'll Bring



  • 2+ years of HR administrative support experience
  • HRIS familiarity (ADP Workforce Now is a plus!)
  • Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
